One class ends with a Core workout and the next class starts with a dynamic stretch!!!!!

Gain Velocity by....

Overload/ Underload Training

We use a program that uses an overload/underload ideaology that creates arm speed and arm strength. By using the weighted balls we gain arm strength, and with the lighter balls we gain arm speed. This teaches the shoulder and arm to move fast but build strength to withstand that type of torque we put on the shoulder in our throwing motion.

We also do lower body and upper body strength training in the class to gain not only shoulder strength but strength in our whole body to support these changes.

An extensive shoulder circuit is installed in this program to teach proper arm care away from the camp to ensure a healthy transition into this new found arm strength.

Lastly, every class ends with an AB routine as this is one of the most important parts of the throwing motion that needs to be strong.
